Privacy
This notice explains what VelocityAI collects, why, and how we handle it. It is written to be read, not filed.
What we collect
When you sign in or book a session, we store your name and email address. When you place a booking, we keep the details you give us: what you want built, an optional brief, budget band, timeline, and preferred session time. As your build runs, we keep its order record — milestones, status, and the updates we post to your portal.
Why we hold it
We use this to run your engagement: to confirm sessions, deliver work, and keep your portal accurate. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Sign in and passwords
There are no passwords here. You sign in with Google or a one-time email link. The provider you choose handles authentication; we store only the account identifiers needed to keep you signed in.
Analytics and tracking
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site performs. It records aggregate, privacy-preserving metrics. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels, and no cross-site profiling.
Qatari data law
Our systems are built to align with Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law from the first line of code, with NCSA-aware controls. Data residency and hosting for your own build are set in writing in your blueprint.
Your control
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We act on reasonable requests promptly.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your engagement is active, and only as long afterward as we need them for legal and accounting purposes.
