The Audit (Week 1)

Before building anything, we map the current funnel:

1. Where are leads coming from?

2. Where are they dropping off?

3. What's the current conversion rate at each stage?

Lead enrichment: Clearbit or Apollo to append company data, firmographics, and intent signals automatically.

Email sequences: Resend for transactional + ConvertKit or Klaviyo for nurture. We write the sequences ourselves — AI drafts, human refinement.

Lead scoring: Custom Postgres table that scores leads based on: pages visited, content downloaded, email engagement, firmographic fit. Triggers actions when score crosses a threshold.

CRM automation: HubSpot or Pipedrive with Zapier/Make for the plumbing. Every lead action logged, every rep notified at the right moment.

Analytics: Mixpanel for funnel visibility. We build a custom dashboard that shows the metrics that actually matter: MQL to SQL conversion, time to close, revenue by source.

The Sequences That Work

We've sent millions of emails. Here's what consistently converts:

The value-first welcome: Don't sell immediately. Deliver a piece of high-value content in email 1. Prove you're worth listening to before you ask for anything.

The social proof sequence: 3–5 emails over 2 weeks, each featuring a different customer result. Different industries, different problems, same outcome: they grew faster.

The re-engagement campaign: For leads that went cold after 30 days. Short, direct, one question: "Are you still working on X?" 20% reopen rate when done right.
