Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Velocity AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Description
Velocity AI provides AI-powered software development, video production, brand identity design, marketing automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual project agreements.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
Payments and Billing
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or subscription plans. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the deliverables specified in your project agreement. Velocity AI retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. You grant us a license to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Velocity AI provides services on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement according to its stated terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed. Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velocity AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
